Social Responsibility and a Systems Perspective

  • Posted March 17th, 2010 by Sarah

This presentation is designed to show how the Baldrige framework and similar international management models promote an organization’s ability to be socially responsible through an integrated systems perspective, according to Kay Kendall, Principal, BaldrigeCoach.

Kendall, who recently presented at the WFA Excellence at Work Conference, said elements of social responsibility such as high ethical conduct, protection of the environment’s resources, and good community citizenship will be explored.
