What Does Social Responsibility Mean To You?

Perhaps it’s being environmentally friendly, or maybe it’s creating responsible business practices. If you will be attending the World Conference on Quality and Improvement in St. Louis, May 24-26, stop by the Social Responsibility booth in the ASQ Center and answer the question, “What Does Social Responsibility Mean to You?”
To help you answer this question, we have created the SR Community Wall. This actual wall in the SR booth will be a blank slate that you can use to explain what SR means to you by using pictures and phrases to write a message (supplies will be provided). Feel free to include your own photos, because this is about what SR means to you!
Not going to the conference or prefer social media? Not a problem, you can still be a part in the Community Wall. Click on the Facebook link at the top of www.thesro.org and become a fan of theSRO Facebook fan page. Be sure to write on our virtual wall and submit stories, pictures, and video!
To demonstrate our commitment to socially responsible efforts, we have partnered with the Leu Civic Center’s Blue Blow Campaign, which provides awareness for child abuse in the St. Louis community. At the SR booth, we will be looking for volunteers to attach a ribbon to a card – it’s that easy! The cards will be distributed by the Leu Civic Center to local schools and organization to help get the word out about child abuse prevention. Wear the blue bow sticker and spread the word so others can help as well!
The SR booth will be interactive, engaging and all about the community. We look forward to seeing you in St. Louis and reading your Facebook posts!
